Waiting list process
HHA never “closes” our waiting list. It is important to keep in mind that due to the size of the authority, it is not uncommon to be on the waiting list for months, or even up to a year.
Please make sure to notify the authority if you have a change of address or phone number during the period you are on the waiting list, so we can contact you when something is available.
